A .NET 10 Model Context Protocol server that exposes two read-only tools — the currently-open arbitrage spread opportunities for the caller's own ArbiScanner account, and the detail of a single spread by id — by calling ArbiScannerWeb.API over plain HTTP. It is a thin proxy: it owns no data of its own, mints no tokens of its own, and contains no business logic beyond JWT validation and response mapping.
