What Mindgraph does
Coding agents forget between sessions. What they do remember is siloed per project and flat — a folder of notes with no ordering, no dependencies, and no way to ask which of them matter for the work in front of you. So each session re-derives the same context, and decisions you already made get quietly re-litigated.
