What Notification Mcp Server does

This case it providing a Mocked-up notification server to potentially get enhanced to sending notifications to WhatsUp, Teams channels, mails, etc... as part and total end of the AI tool call workflow chain. Asking AI to send its response through notifications to any of these channels.
