What Wan27 MCP does

Wan27 MCP connects AI assistants to the image and video generation service at wan2-7.io. It provides eight tools: account_status, list_models, get_model, estimate_generation, generate_image, generate_video, list_tasks, and get_task.

The MIT-licensed client requires Node.js 22+ and macOS or Linux (including WSL). Service access requires an active paid Wan27 subscription; generation uses website credits.

Setup

Install: npm install -g @wan27/cli
Sign in: wan27 auth login
Configure your MCP client:

The mcp argument is required. The client uses credentials saved by wan27 auth login; it does not use a generic API_KEY variable. For automation it supports WAN27_ACCESS_TOKEN. Never put a real token in a public listing.
