A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that interfaces with the Zendesk Help Center API, allowing integration with Claude Desktop and other MCP-compatible clients.
Clone this repository:

cd zendesk-help-center-mcp-server
Install dependencies:
npm install
Create a .env file in the root directory with your Zendesk credentials:
ZENDESK_SUBDOMAIN=your-subdomain
ZENDESK_EMAIL=your-email@example.com
ZENDESK_API_TOKEN=your-api-token
You can copy the .env.example file and fill in your details:
cp .env.example .env
Build the project:
npm run build
Start the server:
npm start
The server will run on standard input/output, making it compatible with Claude Desktop and other MCP clients.
The server provides the following tools:
Search for articles in your Zendesk Help Center.
